Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your service within 14 days of activation and request a refund. Domain registrations, SSL certificates and proprietary software licenses are excluded from this right.

2. REFUND CONDITIONS

For your refund request to be valid:
- The service must be cancelled within 14 days of purchase.
- The service must not have been used in violation of terms.
- Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

3. REFUND PROCESS

Upon approval of your refund request, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Refund time for bank transfers may vary depending on your bank.

4. SERVICE CANCELLATION

You may cancel your service at any time through your client panel or by emailing destek@tab.net.tr. No partial refund is provided for prepaid periods.

5. RENEWAL CANCELLATION

You can disable automatic renewal from your client panel. No refund is provided for cancellations made after the renewal date.

6. SPECIAL CASES

- Full refund is provided if we are unable to deliver the service.
- Promotional products are subject to campaign conditions.
